It seems so simple: just make your customers happy! In fact it takes a lot of hard work to make it happen - but not everyone is willing to make that effort. I have been surprised that so many customers will go to great lengths to be treated poorly. Why would anyone want to spend hard earned money on a product only to have a over zealous sales person try to sell them something that they do not really need. Sorry to say I wanted mr guy to work on my guitars instead radio diva Mr Gertz took it upon himself to look at my guitars no setup there he charged me $56 to change the strings on my guitar and did nothing else i asked like use the strings i provided but instead he put d dario or some such i got it home played it for two seconds and the strings came flying off like the exorcist he cut them so short i had to redo all the work he did by myself thanks smiling jack! ps Why does he hate fender so much?
