forgot his name, but the male psychiatrist barely asked me any questions - at least questions i felt were relevant to how i was feeling. came here thinking the assessment would be detailed, but nope. he'll just ask you about your family, how you've been feeling, and keep on badgering you about your education.
The employees here do not want to do their jobs. Horrible services!
Worse experience ever, literally on the verge of suing them. They gaslit me into thinking that I had a medical condition which I didn't have. They also didn't tell me why I was even there for hours. They observed me as if I was some kind of fish in a fish bowl then charged me $9,000. It felt like a kidnapping with about that level of care. I would not recommend my worst enemy to go there.
We arrived right at opening and were seen fairly quick. Kimberly, the social worker I saw after talking to Doctor K, was hands down, phenomenal. Had it not been for her and the awesome staff I encountered, this rating would be 1 star. She took the time to listen after asking the required questions. She genuinely cares and it shows. Doctor K came off a bit abrasive and misogynistic. I went in regarding my depressive episode and within the first few minutes of talking to him, he was suggesting that I pursue a higher education.... read more
