This review is for Amherst location at Sheridan Drive. Dr. Singh is an exceptional, kind, patient, polite, caring and pleasant. He listens to the patient's concerns and answers questions thoroughly. Provides summary of each visit. His knowledge and care are impressive. Office is neat and clean. People are nice. I am so proud to be his patient. Thank you Dr. Singh for being excellent doctor.
Everyone is friendly! I feel very respected and treated well. As a person of color, I have a hard time trusting doctors due to my previous experiences but Dr. Singh and his staff makes me feel welcome, listened to, and cared for. I am very grateful to find a primary doctor that don’t make assumptions, bias, discriminate. I HIGHLY recommend Northeast Medical and Dr. Singh.
This is for the Amherst location. Update: I left this office and went to another practice. Long story short , I had a sick visit , the NP they put me with rushed my appointment and tried to leave before I did! I had to ask her to not leave so fast so I can actually explain why I was there. Then when checking out, blew past me to leave. I take back what I said earlier about them having compassion. They (providers ) just want to hurry up and get you out.
