I see the other 1 star review and I had to input my 5 star as my experience was complete opposite. I can only hope that the receptionist that the other reviewer spoke with is no longer there. I had an appointment with Dr. Goland-Van Ryn and from start to finish, check in to procedure to check out, it was all smooth and easy. I was quickly checked in at the receptionist area, and upon being seated I only had to wait 5-7 minutes. Spoke to a receptionist there and got no further. When asked if I had a urological medical history, I replied that yes I did, but it was years ago, I didn't know who I saw, and that I was not referred through a primary care physician. I explained that I might have a hard time tracking down those records because I'd moved around so much and switched doctors so much and I never spoke to my PCs about urology so they would not have those records.
