The staff at this office is very professional and attentive, from the receptionist to Dr. Kim. The nurses are caring, courteous and kind but I believe Midwifery Shenider and Dr Kim are the most expert professional of all Dr. It's challenging to find good medical professionals who are smart and insightful and yet so benevolent. They took great care of me through my first pregnancy and they are doing that now with my second. I highly recommend this place.
I had a deeply upsetting experience with Northeast Medical Group Obstetrics, Gynecology and Midwifery (Stamford). I called seeking assistance and was treated with extreme rudeness by the nurse on call, Jackie Shrink. Rather than offering support or guidance, she was dismissive, unkind, and ultimately hung up on me while I was still trying to explain my concern.
