I only give 3 stars because Dr. Hen and Elizabeth are amazing. They are patient, they explain everything thoroughly, and they show that they care in many ways. Today my 5 stars came down because I overheard the receptionist staff speaking about an incident that occurred and the patient was in the room. They were speaking very loudly about it, gossiping one would say. It was extremely unprofessional. If i could give this dr 0 stars i would. He completely mismanaged my sons care. Prescribed steroids to a 2 year old saying that any dr would do this and diagnose asthma. He made no referral for environmental allergies testing. After our son saw an allergy and asthma dr he has a severe allergy. And the allergy and asthma dr told us that his course of treatment was not appropriate and precautions of steroids should just be done without identifying the underlying issue which this dr completely failed to do and jeopardized my so... read more

Dr Hen is a great doctor and knows his stuff, but imo he could do without his assistant. she makes me “judged” at every appointment.

My son had an appointment with Dr.Jacob Hen we waited over two months for this appointment and my son was declined seeing Jacob Hen because Mr.Hen doesn't like siblings. It was me , my son and my baby. Please keep in mind there was an other patient with her kids there but she was able to be seen because her doctor doesn't mind sibling. I never felt more degraded as a mother for simply bringing my baby to his brothers appointment. Sadly not everyone has the luxury to have childcare.
