Delivered my husband's diagnosis in a very terse and cold manner. Showed no compassion.
People are very nice but this office has difficulty filling prescriptions on time. This is the third time I have had a week long gap in my thyroid medication. They keep telling me they’re going to give my doctor the message and I keep checking with the pharmacy and they are waiting on the office to fill the script.
Have been a patient for years. Almost 3 years ago, Dr. Chanda Kaberi cancelled on my annual appointment 4x to a point where I just gave up. Finally called back to make one late last year and they tried to remove me as a patient because it had been so long. Had to kindly tell them it’s because their own doctor kept cancelling. Eventually got my appointment and all was fine. Got bloodwork done recently and another doc of mine told me to contact Dr. Chanda to go over the results of a couple. I have been going to this location for years and I love Dr. Tortorello as well as his APRN’s Krista Wise, Michelle Johnson and Brenda G. They are Very knowledgeable and thorough the Office staff is professional as well!
