Worst medical office I ever been to! I only seen Dr. Tao Du two times in person and both times were horrible! I was waiting in the exam room for 45 minutes and she never even apologized for her tardiness. Every time it was time was a prescription refill I would have to wait weeks just for the doctor to sign the refill paperwork. My appointment was on September 20 at 1:40 PM. I got there at 1:51pm, the male person in the front told me they allowed to be only five minutes late I said that is ridiculous. I still have to see my doctor please double check with him. He held me there for five more minutes until the other sisters came. I felt completely rushed in my appointment. I didn’t even mention my all concerns and I feel like I didn’t even receive a physical. The doctor just talked to me for 20 mins. I had to stop the doctor from leaving so I can mention a concern. It’s like she had better places to be. I’m completely dissatisfied.
Bad service. Impossible to get an appointment despite the fact my family was patients for years.
