I encountered a nurse who was unprofessional, rude, and confrontational. She used aggressive body language towards me and when I asked if there was someone else who could complete the check in, she slammed open the exam room door and said loudly in the hallway, 'I'm done with her". If you are looking for a caring practice who wants to help you more than the insurance companies -- keep looking. I waited 3 months for an introductory virtual appointment. I was told virtual appointments were the only ones available. At the time of my appointment, I logged into a portal and filled out the papers.
