Repeatedly disappointed more times than not. I figured I'd give them the benefit of the doubt after my first bad experience, to patroni,e a small business serving the local community. The attached Stephens Pharmacy is acceptable (although unable to satisfy many modern prescriptions merely due to insurance not paying them enough to carry them.) However after using Northeast Med-Equip 4 times, with 2 of them being above and beyond RUDE and UNSATISFACTORY, unless it's a 5-second thing, cheap thing, I would rather use Amazon or ... read more
I was traveling and forgot my CPAP power supply. They had what I needed in stock and saved the weekend! Great people. Great service.
ZERO STARS. Stephans is an in network pharmacy for my father's insurance. My father's insurance will cover 80% of the cost of a shower seat. Even after a call directly from my father's insurance company to the pharmacy, the pharmacy denies this equipment will be covered and refuses to assist us with obtaining a shower chair.
Best place around for oxygen supplies. Same or next day service...always answer the telephone and direct you to someone who can helo.
