I have always thought very highly of nelpco. During this latest storm the employees have been condescending and rude. I have been without power for 5 days. I have underlying health problems where I have to take three breathing treatments per day. I have been unable to do that. This morning I called the office in Oak Grove and the customer service representative stated that people in Texas has not had electricity in 8 days. I am very disappointed.
