My husband and I are extremely pleased with our new kitchen from Northeast Design Build and have received many compliments on it. I loved the way Amy designed our kitchen after asking for our input and preferences. We were floored by the virtual presentation—it was so professional. Our kitchen remodel with Northeast Kitchen Remodel & Design Build in early 2025 turned out even better than we hoped. We started the huge project a little nervous, but the team immediately put us at ease. They were professional, creative, and easy to reach throughout the process. The work stayed on timeline and on budget, and the craftsmanship is excellent. The transformation has completely changed the feel of our home. Believe it or not,,,,,remodeling our bathroom with Northeast was actually a very, very pleasant experience. From design consulting to construction, everything was articulately documented. There were NO surprises as their interactive computer system tells you what is going to happen and when. The entire staff was incredibly considerate and thoughtful to our concerns and left nothing unaddressed. The quality of their products and workmanship is beyond reproach. Update: they completely ghosted me when I asked them to come in to give me an estimate to put a wood floor down in a final room. I attempted to connect with them on numerous occasions and even stopped in to speak with them to ask them to come to my house for an estimate. They assured me they would be by. That was over three years ago and I never heard from them. The team at Northeast Design & Build were beyond incredible. From design by Amy, to the project execution team of Aaron, Vinny, Josh and Doug, down through all the trades folks. We couldn’t be more impressed by the communication and organization on the timeline of the two months to “gut” and implement the beautiful kitchen design.
