Called to ask about there intensive outpatient program. The woman on the phone told me she didn’t know what that was. Put me on hold for a while, still could not answer the question. I’ve worked in mental health for years and this is a bad sign when the people who work at the organization don’t even know what programs they have. Will not be pursuing their services.

Each and every time that I am assined a new (psychiatrist for MY 1 med refill they want to play God and want me to switch to meds that are 2000$ plus ..I am disabled and on a fixed income..4xs in 1 year..bull.
this agency has been the absolute worst place I've ever dealt with! I went to see a therapist or counselor here named Virgil Kovachich, and I wish I never had. He was unprofessional, disrespectful, and racist. I'm incredibly self-aware, and I've been on a journey of growth and change for 20 years. I live my life with intention and purpose.
