If you're looking for a career here, I HIGHLY recommend re-evaluating your options and looking elsewhere. In my short 4 month employment, I was treated terribly by management. In my very first month I was in talks with HR about my manager treating my unprofessionally by not allowing me access to the things I needed to do my job.
