We had an amazing experience with Dr. Annie and her team after my son had an accident. They got us in quickly and made him feel completely at ease, even though he was in pain. The atmosphere was so warm and welcoming—he was actually distracted and having fun during the visit! Dr. Annie was incredibly thorough, gentle, and as sweet as can be. The best part? The entire team is truly wonderful. Dr. Annie and Mikaela specifically have been incredible with our daughter. They make her feel so special every time she’s in the office. We were referred for a crowns procedure and were pretty anxious about the process. From texting to check in the weekend after her procedure, to offering a same day post op appointment to check everything over, Dr. Annie was so patient and kind throughout the entire experience.
All staff made me and my 4 year old daughter exceptionally comfortable. Annie cared for my daughter as if she were her own child. My daughter was not scared at all and even left the clinic smiling after 4 fillings and a crown. They are also super efficient completing all treatments within 20 minutes. Their facility is also very welcoming for kids. You can tell they have thought of everything. We will definitely continue to pursue dental care there for our children.
There's something to be said about a place that denies a three-year-old dental Care because somebody in the office had typed in faulty information. And yes once your toddler has been denied care here they are never allowed to come here again. Thought it was supposed to be about the patient?
