Kody promptly arrived at our appointment time. He was very courteous and respectful. He went right to work, patiently answering my questions. Before he left, he inquired if there was anything else in need of his attention and any other questions I might have. I felt safe and comfortable with him in my home. Kody at Northeast Iowa Electric is amazing to work with! I called him with a list of jobs, but I wasn’t able to explain most of them very well. Kody offered to come over so I could show him exactly what I meant. He took extra time to explain what needed to be done and even taught me a few things along the way. We had Kody out to update a few rooms in our house. He had great ideas and we are very happy with everything he has done. He was very friendly and respectful to our home and family.
