My wife and I both went to our regular dentist to get wisdom tooth extractions. Mine didn't end up happening as their oral surgeon felt I should be sedated. So I ended up going here and Dr. Bast was amazing! For me it was a combination of local anesthesia and laughing gas due to my size, and let me tell you I didn't feel a darn thing. A few years ago, I got my wisdom teeth out here and.. my God. Easily the most disrespectful, chaotic, and downright traumatic medical experience I’ve ever had. The surgeon had zero bedside manner, left me in unbearable pain, and then they forgot to send my pain meds over to my pharmacy..????? I was fully sobbing the second the numbness wore off while my mom had to go full karen mode just to get them to send the prescription over. I’ve had a fair amount of dental work done. I got stuck going here when I had an emergency extraction that needed to be done on a badly infected upper molar and they were the first appt available. Worst dental experience of my life!! Really, choose another office. I highly recommend South Bedford Oral sx.
Wish that I could give zero stars. Unfortunately, had a horrible experience with an extraction and was then met with a complete lack of courtesy or interest in my concerns by the practice. Would highly suggest alternatives for care!
