I’ve had a fair amount of dental work done. I got stuck going here when I had an emergency extraction that needed to be done on a badly infected upper molar and they were the first appt available. Worst dental experience of my life!! Really, choose another office. I highly recommend South Bedford Oral sx.
Wish that I could give zero stars. Unfortunately, had a horrible experience with an extraction and was then met with a complete lack of courtesy or interest in my concerns by the practice. Would highly suggest alternatives for care!
I recently scheduled an appointment for my daughter at Northeast Implant and Oral Surgery in Mount Kisco, NY, and unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing. Despite making significant efforts to arrive on time, including driving over an hour to reach the location, unforeseen circumstances caused us to miss the designated exit and require a detour. Dr. Abend removed my impacted infected wisdom teeth. Did a flawless job. They got me to be seen within 24 hours. Would recommend this place to anyone
Terrible experience. Drive an hour for appointment just to be told that they don’t take my insurance. I was referred here by my state insurance representative…the office neglected to call NYS insurance and notify them that they no longer participate in the program (it’s standard NYS protocol to inform insurance when your practice is no longer participating) To make matters worse the receptionist was rude and there was an odor inside of the office (it smelt bad) I would not trust these people with your oral health…they can’t ... read more
