I would give no star if I could. The people at the front office are not pleasant at all. They need to hire people that have compassion for patients coming in. They need to realize that these patients are either hurting or ill. There was a line of four or five people and two of the girls in the front were just talking about personal stuff and it was so loud. That is just so unprofessional when people are waiting in line. Horrible customer service , they are not transparent and even lie . I had MRI scheduled, my insurance denied it and I canceled appointment. Stric called 2 days later and confirmed insurance had now approved charges. I went for scan and months later they billed me $1,000 dollars . I was blindsided and lied to 100% and the the told me it was my fault . OMG
