Five stars. Ray earned every one of them. Our 32-year-old AC system uses R22, so finding someone willing and able to work on it isn't easy. After more than a week with no AC and our house sitting at 90 degrees, we were told by another company that we needed to replace the outdoor unit and part of the indoor system. Ray got our pool’s commercial icemaker working before the holiday! Then adjusted his cape and flew off to fix someone’s broken AC. He’s professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and detail oriented.
I contacted this company for an air-conditioning issue that I was having. Ray came out the same day to diagnose the issue. Not only was he able to diagnose it, but he fixed it right away and made sure that it was working properly before he left. He was very attentive to the issue and very professional. I definitely recommend this company for all of my future HVAC needs.
Ray showed up at the appointed time ready to work! He was well prepared and a complete professional! My evaporator coil has sprung a leak and needed replacing. Ray had done this many, many times before in his 20+ year career, and completed the job smoothly and efficiently. House was nice and cool again that night when we went to bed. Will definitely call him again for all my HVAC needs.
