I had such a wonderful experience with Kaitlyn. She was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, patient and thorough during my hearing test. She made me feel completely comfortable and took the time to answer all my questions. I absolutely loved her and would highly recommend Kaitlyn to anyone looking for an audiologist.
Dr. McCarthy was absolutely amazing. She was so kind and patient with my mother, and I was especially impressed by the way she communicated with her. She took her time, made sure my mom understood everything, and genuinely made her feel comfortable and heard. Very friendly and helpful.The dr explained everything in a manner that I understood everything. I recommend this practice and Dr to anyone that needs assistance with hearing problems.I am happy that I came across this practice.
Doctor is definitely a people person. I have never had such a complete hearing test. She retests to make sure it is correct information. She explains everything. Answer all questions and does not push for new hearing aids.
