I've had 2 therapists in the past year. It took alot for me to start therapy and I got matched with an amazing therapist but she left because they don't pay their employees enough. She recommended me to a second great therapist but now she left too. Not great for someone with mental health issues to keep reliving trauma everytime your therapist leaves, which apparently happens often. Treat your employees like the professionals they are. They called me recently to tell me my therapist cancelled and haven’t called me back at all despite trying multiple times.
The intake process was quick and finding a therapist and psychiatrist was fast.
My therapist is very understanding! However I’m not sure spilling my feelings out every week is of much help! But I will give it some time to see!
