Tried to cancel my membership by going in person to the gym. The front desk employee stated he could not do it and put my name on a word doc. I received a missed call/ voicemail from the manager Elena that she received my cancellation request and when my last billed date would be and that there would be a form being sent to me via email. It's a old gym. But you can find all the equipment you need at here. The gym is not busy and you dont have to wait for the machine. The front desk stuff are very nice. Strongly recommend!
Gym has everything you could possibly need to work out. The incline/flat benches and majority of the barbells are long overdue to to be replaced. Lots of new members lately. Very crowded as expected during evening hours. Bathroom/locker room area has definitely seen better days.Desperate need of cleaning, updates and repairs. Location is convenient with plenty of parking.
I’ve been going to this QAC (formerly Northeast Health) for the last three years, and overall my experience has been solid. The staff is friendly, there’s a variety of different types of equipment, and with the recent increased operating hours it’s easy to fit a workout in during the week and on the weekends. Depending on when you go (I try to avoid the post-work rush), you rarely have to wait for the machines.
