I had a small job rearranging a downspout and Thiago responded immediately to my request and provided an elegant solution and good price based on my photos. Others I contacted for the job either didn't respond (and were clueless when I followed up), quoted a ridiculous price, or came up with a complicated and unrealistic solution; so I was immediately impressed with Thiago. Northeast Gutters has helped me for many years with our annual gutter cleaning and always does a great job. This year, they also cleaned the roof and did such a good job my neighbor called to get their roof cleaned as well.
Im cheep but saw there product being put on my sisters house. 6 in half round rubbed bronze extruded looked great on my barn. Did a back strip on my house .. very pleased with product ,workmanship and results ..
We were grateful that Thiago agreed to replace our old, inadequate dry well which was no longer handling the water coming off our roof. He had good recommendations, was a timely communicator, scheduled our project quickly, and the men onsite were knowledgeable, kind, and did an excellent job. Now we should be ready for the storms that seem to deliver so much more rainwater than ever before! Very nice company to work with, and we definitely recommend them.
