Avoid it. They installed a countertop and after a few years cracks developed. They tried to use some sort of epoxy to fill it but it got worse and multiple cracks developed. They had had enough of us and didn't return phone calls. We replaced the countertop and discovered they used rebar (rusting metal rods) to strengthen the edges. The rebar rusted as time passed and expanded, causing the cracks.
We had been shopping for countertops/bar for over a month. In total we visited 5 different dealers. There were unreturned phone calls, ridiculous quotes and "bait and switch" from the big box stores. NE Granite was or 6th and last phone call. Working with them was a pleasure. Their quote was good with no hidden extras, the service quick & excellent and the final product was a work of art.
