This review is strictly for the front desk/ intake staff. I didn’t get beyond that so I cannot speak to the surgeons/ medical staff. TLDR: Horrible experience and based on that I wouldn’t recommend this practice. If the customer service was this bad, I don’t trust anyone afterwards to cut into my body. **Update** at the bottom. My overall experience with this office has been great! Dr. Davoodi is a great surgeon with a wonderful bedside manner. I am six months post-op and I’m very happy with my results. He made me feel comfortable about the procedure and walked me through step by step. He personally called me after surgery to follow up which i greatly appreciated. He was very concerned and caring when I had a slight complication a week later and had me come in immediately. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Davoodi.
Dr Davoodi is the best cosmetic surgeon I have been to, and I have been to several. I highly recommend him for any cosmetic procedure. I have had excellent results. Finally I look like I feel inside, which is energetic, happy and full of vitality at age 70!
If I could leave a 1 star I absolutely would the doc I seen to remove some cysts on my face was extremely rude to me and made me feel even worse then I already do about my skin he straight up said I was a picker implying I pick at my face which I do not saying that’s what cause the cysts in the first place which is a Lie !!! It’s from my hormones which I already knew about from my doc and dermatologist!!!!
