Very angry and disgusted (as an RN with customer service experience) with the lack of customer service through the receptionist who answered me briefly just saying “hello”and then just forwarding my call to multiple different voicemails without saying anything when my family member has prostate cancer and was recommended by the after hours triage nurse to be seen TODAY by a urologist due to sudden groin pain. I had an appointment scheduled for 10:00 a.m., I arrived at 9:45 checked in and sat down. I sat there for an hour before getting up and asking why I have not been called while everyone else was coming in checking in and going right to a room. I was told they would check on that and then I was given a room within 15 minutes in which I sat for another 45 minutes before I left the room and hunted down personnel to explain to them that I was upset, needed to find a restroom and that I was going to leave. 20 minutes after that th... read more
