I had my first appointment today, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff made me feel so welcome. Everyone I interacted with from the nurses and medical staff to the provider was incredibly kind, positive, and caring. As a first time patient, they took the time to answer my questions, made me feel comfortable, and never made me feel rushed. Ive had a great experience so far. The front desk staff very sweet and friendly and the ultrasound tech Julissa I think her name is. Also extremely sweet and professional, Will continue going to this office.
Nursing staff is extremely rude and dismissive regarding medication refill requests. I disregarded it the first time, however this is the second time it’s happened causing me to have to go to urgent care both times to get a refill. The attitude given is not appreciated as I work in healthcare and understand how easily this request could have been taken care of.
