Nursing staff is extremely rude and dismissive regarding medication refill requests. I disregarded it the first time, however this is the second time it’s happened causing me to have to go to urgent care both times to get a refill. The attitude given is not appreciated as I work in healthcare and understand how easily this request could have been taken care of.
I normally don’t leave reviews, but I feel like this needs to be said. Every time I come into this office, the front desk is extremely rude and dry. The attitudes make it feel like they don’t want to be there, which is really upsetting especially in a place where pregnant women and people dealing with health concerns come for support and care.
