I had a wonderful experience for my prenatal and delivery care with NGPG Gainesville. I changed from another practice half way through my pregnancy because I wasn’t pleased with the care at the other office and I am so glad I did. Every provider I met was personable, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer any questions. I highly recommend this practice for your OB/GYN care!
My wife is currently being seen there . There are times where I’m not able to make it. But every time she goes there is a bad experience. The staff there is very dismissive about any symptoms my wife Addresses with them. She’s currently 36 weeks With gestational diabetes And preeclampsia. She seen by multiple doctors And every doctor has a different due date for her. The practice and the staff are amazing!! Dr Springfield and her nurse Bea went above and beyond to make a difficult and scary situation easier. The compassion showed was unremarkable! Everything was explained in detail and all questions were answered. I needed a small minor surgery and instead of doing a consult and bringing me back another day, Dr Springfield took care of the issue right then and there. I appreciate Dr Springfield and Bea! I'm extremely dissatisfied with my experience. The lack of support from the nurses and receptionist made the appointment unhelpful. Need to see some serious improvements in staff communication and support.
Terrible place it's always an hour plus wait for a 5 minute appointment to get rushed out the office today I waited almost 2 hours and still got no help once again I filed a complaint this time I'm done with this office please work on the way you all treat patients STOP being dismissive and the manager Tosha Roper needs to be fired she goes around and tell the doctors how to practice she os is no better went to her for help to no avail. Do better.
