We have never had good experiences at this office. The office does not listen to you when you’re advocating for yourself, and they leave inaccurate notes in the charting. Also- they do not offer any other solutions except to push medications onto you. When I called to ask to have the chart corrected, and to let the office manager know of the experience, I was met to hostility. I am currently pregnant as a surrogate and this dr office was recommended to me from a friend who received care here. I have nothing but great things to say about this office. The only thing I wish was that I could see the same provider every time but schedules haven’t allowed for that. Something unusual that I’ve received at other offices is a measurement of baby via the size of my stomach and I have only had them measure me once but I’ve received growth scans every 4 weeks. Just don’t, especially if you are experiencing infertility. One of the medical assistants rolled her eyes at me and was rude for asking simple questions. They are incompetent and “sent my records to themselves” instead of my requested dr. They tell me mixed information, one person telling me to let them know via MyChart when I had set up the referral they put in, but when I did I got a message back that I needed to contact someone else. Seems to be impossible to get your medical records. I keep getting the runaround with different phone numbers that don't even work or that say they don't have any information on me. The staff recommended that I speak with a nurse and the nurse I talk to was extremely rude and refused to give me her name.
