I cannot begin to express how useless the administrators are at this office. They have refused to send my full record to my new OBGYN in Virginia after weeks of filling out their medical records release form and no less than five phone calls. Absolutely do not go here without getting physical copies of your medical records because they will not give them to you. Also, after a miscarriage, I got a congratulatory "it's a boy!" phone call a week after my D.N.C. in April of '25. Sick and useless.
My experience with Dr. Bounkeau has been amazing. I highly recommend her!

Dr. Bounkeua is always so kind and thoroughly listens to complaints and how you’re doing. She was wonderful before my pregnancy, throughout it and postpartum. The office staff are always kind and efficient.
My first time seeing this Dr. Dr. Bounkeua and staff are amazing. Got me in quickly for an appointment. Dr. Listened to all my concerns and got back to me in a day with lab results and recommendations for treatment. Very impressed with my experience.
