Dr. Bounkeua is always so kind and thoroughly listens to complaints and how you’re doing. She was wonderful before my pregnancy, throughout it and postpartum. The office staff are always kind and efficient.
My first time seeing this Dr. Dr. Bounkeua and staff are amazing. Got me in quickly for an appointment. Dr. Listened to all my concerns and got back to me in a day with lab results and recommendations for treatment. Very impressed with my experience. Been years since I felt good about any doctors visits I've had
Terrible service. They were rude and made the appointment uncomfortable. The doctor prescribed me the birth control patch but was not willing to discuss the risks of the medication. She also did not give instructions on how to use the patch other than to change it once a week. Overall the appointment was rushed and they did not seem to care. Find another provider.
