Word xx cannot express how happy I am with this office today! First I was greeted by 3 beautiful ladies Angela, Laurie and Pam, they were wonderful and helpful! Then I heard Greg-M.A. calling for me! I barely sat down I was very pleased at how effectively he took care of my vitals and everything. Then my favorite Neuologist Dr.Sakibuzzman walked in my room so fast, for the first time my Botox injections in my face, head and shoulders with ZERO pain!!!!! Actually listens! Dr. Saki is amazing, thorough, kind, and determined to help. He is also not afraid to say when a case is too complex and refer out to academic hospitals. I am in awe of my first appointment with him! I am a complex patient and if you are one too - book at 7:00 AM or 4:30PM appointment to be able to present your case. He's fresh out of residency as May 2025 and not jaded yet!

My 90-year-old mother who has Alzheimer's had an appointment yesterday at the Neurology office and was turned away for being 25 minutes late. We drove an hour from Jasper and were late due to my Mom having confusion despite endless reminders. I certainly understand rules, but you would think a neurology office would be more understanding considering the circumstances. The Asst. Nurse wanted to reschedule or schedule a video visit.
