My 90-year-old mother who has Alzheimer's had an appointment yesterday at the Neurology office and was turned away for being 25 minutes late. We drove an hour from Jasper and were late due to my Mom having confusion despite endless reminders. I certainly understand rules, but you would think a neurology office would be more understanding considering the circumstances. The Asst. Nurse wanted to reschedule or schedule a video visit. I don't understand the lower reviews. Sara is amazing. She has helped my headaches and she is so caring. Everyone at this office has been really nice.
The receptionist was rude. Just wanted to talk to my dr. nurse about issues I am still having.
