I gave one star only due to the fact to complete this review. They deserve no stars. Every time I call to make a sick appointment for my child they say they don’t have anything available to use the urgent care that is in the same waiting room as them. We check in at the urgent care and no one is ever in their waiting room. As the picture shows. It is always empty. They must schedule their patients one an hour. Such a convenient location. The staff is very friendly and attentive.
I visited this urgent care about 4 times since it opened. The Staff, Nurses, and Doctors are all great. They get you in quickly and really listen to the "voice of patient". I highly recommend this place.
I’ve never had a bad experience here !!! I just love Amanda and Tyler !!! They treat me so well not like a number but with so much respect and kindness !! So glad I found this practice 🧡
My family and I have always had good experiences with Diane, Amanda, and Dr. Grimsley.
