A great experience. Julie is the FNP that I see. She seems to care and is so patient. I highly recommend.
Billed twice for one visit, was not informed during the visit that if I went outside a certain scope they would charge me an extra 362.00, needless to say my insurance paid for one now they are trying to charge me for the second bill because my insurance said it’s fraud also! Dr was nice as well as staff, but none of them told me to reschedule so this would not happen.
Dr Herringer, Jennifer and her immediate staff are excellent but unfortunately I can't say the same about the front office staff. The office manager has NO customer service skills. She over talks you, calls you "dear" ( which shouldn't be allowed). I made an appointment, verified Dr Herringer was in network. Waited 3 months for the appointment. Was in office for 3 hours and then 2 months later they tell me she's not in network. The Manager threw a floating trainee under the bus, saying he was at fault but actually when I mad... read more
