Everyone was very nice. Ms. Rosy was so kind and attentive to my needs. She took lots of time discussing all of my med history and really made me feel like she genuinely cared about my health and well being. They got me back quickly and did not rush my appointment. I would recommend them to any and everyone, based on my experience!
Worst NGPG office there is. I was a patient there for a year and went through 3 different providers in that span because they all left. Then when I called to schedule another appt (bc my original appt was cancelled due to the PA leaving and wouldn’t be there for that scheduled date) I was told that I needed to find another office because the remaining providers there weren’t seeing new patients. DO NOT come here if you want consistency.
I was a patient for 10 years. My first Doctor quit and we were reassigned to a doctor we never saw - but his PA was really good so we stuck around. The PA quit last year. Instead of our assigned doctor taking over, they told us to go find another doctor. So, after 10 years as a customer and without any referral, we were on our own to find a new doctor. If you are thinking about coming to this practice, I'd think again.
