Scheduled appointment for my wife, her experience was very poor. She was treated horribly when in need, refused treatment based on ability, tested for symptoms that were not communicated. To top the experience when canceling the follow up we waited on hold just to be hung up on once determined we are looking for another provider.
If you are looking for a primary care I would highly recommend this place. They are super professional and Dr. Downer is amazing. She listened to my concerns and ensured me that she was going to get to the bottom of it. I am so grateful to finally get some answers with my health concerns. Thank you all for the amazing care.
