If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. Dr Moers nurse specifically. I have tried to get in touch for hours, I’ve call multiple times and left multiple messages. No call back. No answer. No nothing. Unprofessional, not helpful. A patient should NOT have to beg and plead for a phone call/answer.
Myself and many people that I know have had experience with this physicians group and I have yet to hear anyone say that they have had a remotely positive experience with them. As I understand they are well aware of their patient dissatisfaction problem and I'm just not sure they care. They certainly do not care about their patients.
Best clinic I've ever been to. Carrie is the best! I drive from two hours away because good ppl like that are hard to find in healthcare these days.
