I love this office and love Dr Patel ! The whole staff is superb and couldn't be happier to have found them!
Dr Hsing is really exceptional in that he listens, takes adequate time, makes recommendations, treats me as an important person. He's what a doctor should be. He obviously loves his profession, cares about his patients!
Dr Grant Hsing and his Nurse Mary are so wonderful. They are both professional yet warm and caring. Dr. Hsing spends the time necessary to explain results of tests and goes over medications and how they work. I've never felt rushed. They both answer any questions I may have. So, from the beginning of being greeted by Amy at the front desk, vitals from Mary, Dr. Hsing and by blood work from the most professional blood taker to check out I feel like I have seen and heard Thank you to all for many years of support.
Finding a primary care doctor who truly listens is rare, but Dr Hsing is exceptional. He took the time to listen to my concerns without making me feel rushed and, rather than prescribe a medication to mask the symptoms, he was clear he wanted to find out what was causing the problem. If you want someone who truly cares about your health, he’s the one. I highly recommend him.
