not enough nurses in ER to help pts, beds/pts in hallways of "new" wing , dirty rooms, staff has bad attitude from being overworked/understaffed, & level of care is the lowest I have ever experienced. go ANYWHERE else but here!
I live 10 minutes from Northside Forsyth and 40 minutes from Northeast Georgia Medical. For 10+ years I’ve had bouts with gastrointestinal and abdominal pain that would take down The Hulk. I’ve been billed beyond belief and given zero answers or concern from Northside…it’s been a nightmare. I arrived in the emergency room on yesterday and after an approximately 30 minutes wait, I was called back to triage and received immediate, professional care. I stayed last night and I expect to be here for another round of testing. My care team and the physicians are excellent thus far.⚘️💜
