The staff does not care. The nurse would rather be flirting with an EMT than get your family answers. Staff purposefully keeps their name badge turned backwards so you can't see their name. I can't wait for a generic response saying their sorry and to contact them but it obviously doesn't matter to them because the problems could be fixed if they cared about more than numbers and money.
Took my daughter at 12am for extreme sudden pain. Treated her like trash. Left her crying and nearly screaming in pain for 3 hours. They were not busy. I assume b/c she has blue hair and tattoos they thought she was wanting pain meds. Nurse Sarah was horrible to us. Flat out refused to give her the medicine that was literally in her hands until she lectured us on how busy and important she is. Once they found the grapefruit sized cyst on her ovary, they sent her home, marked her chart as non urgent & basically said good luck... read more
Wow.....my husband and I have been sitting in the ER for an hour now, and all the while his symptoms are getting worse and they're all pointing to an imminent stroke! I've let a triage nurse know that his symptoms were worse and she just said "I'll take a note of it". I haven't seen anyone come to get my husband. This is the second time we have been here in two weeks and it's the same waiting game. It feels like there's a lack of empathy in this place.
Came into close contact with a bat. Went for a rabies series. They administered the first shot and the HRIG in my buttocks. I found out afterwards that you aren’t supposed to put it there. And that the CDC recommends immediately getting it re done in your arm as soon as possible because it is not absorbed properly by your body. I called them several times about this. Never heard back. Went in for my second rabies shot in the series and let them know it wasn’t done properly but that it’s okay because it can still be done now ... read more
