I’m not sure why so many bad reviews. We had excellent service by the nurses & PA in the ER. My son (4) decided to jump in the shower, fell & hit his head on the ledge in the shower. He had a big gash on his eyebrow. We went there late & were very worried. We were seen in 30 minutes, and seeing the nurses & PA only took a little over an hour. Everyone was wonderful & went above and beyond! Thank you for making a scary experience much better!
The wait was awful I will never come back to this ER very SLOW. I would give it no stars but it wouldn’t let me
They get a one cause I have to put something but an 8 year old child 103.7 fever left laying around for over 3 hours and left forgotten in a room test results back already but yall are all seen walking around phones in hand no one to help with any answers other than we are gonna give him apple sauce to see if he can hold it down we need a better Healthcare system one that doesnt make a child sit for 3 hours just so you can ride the clock for insurance to pay for nothing. Best emergency room I've ever been too. Very professional and clean and updated facilitie
Probably the worst experience, my wife came with a sever pain in her chest and lungs knowing in her chart says she has cystic fibrosis they still didn’t give a single care. We came to a waiting room with only 5-6 people and still had a wait of 3 hours until they finally decided to do an X-Ray on her, we asked the nurse many times if there was anything they could do since my wife was in so much pain and due to that same pain she was admitted for 2 weeks at this same hospital 1 month ago they still didn’t want to help by only ... read more
