I love this place
Not pleased, One of The front desk lady’s had a negative attitude on the phone & the doctor seemed very dismissive of my concerns. Don’t bother making an appointment if you’re anxious about your medial issues
Where do I start… I have been going here for years and used to love it, but within the last couple of years, their service has steadily declined. Front Desk: Kerry always has an attitude. They have failed to send my prescriptions/ patient information to the correct office on SEVERAL occasions. When I bring this up to them, they either give me an attitude or refuse to apologize. If I could leave 0 stars I would. This was by far the worst healthcare I have received in my entire life. I have been RN for over 10 years and I am disheartened and disappointed at the lack of care I received. If you are looking for quality care this not the place for you, especially poc.
