Dr Coleman is very knowledgeable, wise, professional, kind & understands & knows how to prescribe & insert Biote pellets. So grateful to have the opportunity to call Dr.Coleman my doctor & to have met Carrie at the front desk. Great communicator. Thank you for your kindness.
Don't bother calling to make your appointment if you want assistance, the lady who answers the phone will rudely assume you don't have insurance coverage and hang up as soon as possible. I have more than one insurance, and am also fine with self-pay, which I didn't get the chance to discuss before being hung up on. I am glad to take my business elsewhere.

Not pleased, One of The front desk lady’s had a negative attitude on the phone & the doctor seemed very dismissive of my concerns. Don’t bother making an appointment if you’re anxious about your medial issues
