Don't bother calling to make your appointment if you want assistance, the lady who answers the phone will rudely assume you don't have insurance coverage and hang up as soon as possible. I have more than one insurance, and am also fine with self-pay, which I didn't get the chance to discuss before being hung up on. I am glad to take my business elsewhere.
Not pleased, One of The front desk lady’s had a negative attitude on the phone & the doctor seemed very dismissive of my concerns. Don’t bother making an appointment if you’re anxious about your medial issues
Where do I start… I have been going here for years and used to love it, but within the last couple of years, their service has steadily declined. Front Desk: Kerry always has an attitude. They have failed to send my prescriptions/ patient information to the correct office on SEVERAL occasions. When I bring this up to them, they either give me an attitude or refuse to apologize.
