Technician came to our house, I wasn’t home. He claimed to have have sprayed and treated the entire property, outside of house, and the crawlspace. That would've been fine. Except, our 3 cameras on the property showed him knocking on door and then leaving. He was on the property for less then 5 minutes. The technician took his claim to the office and the office wanted to charge us for it. We've contacted the office 3 times and all 3 times, they've told us they would take care of this.
