I have been banking here since 2018 and it is a great small friendly bank. I recently had some sort of mixup with my PayPal account, where instead of charging my credit card for purchases it was charging my bank account that unfortunately did not have enough funds at the time. I did not know about this however, because I received no notifications, not an email, text, or even letter in the mail from the bank. Lisa is awesome !! She makes sure you get your concerns taken care of. The other employees do a great job as well. Thanks for all your hard work every time I need it.
Employees are all nice and friendly but this is the worst bank. Very few locations so cannot easily access your money. Then if you go out of town or want to use your debit card for more than 1k you HAVE TO CALL them! Like whose money is it anyway? They denied a $4 purchase at Wendys in FL because I didnt tell them I was going out of state. THEY ARE NOT MY PARENTS.
