Much of NEGA medical center is great! However, I want to warn about how the staff at the laurelwood facility act. First off, I went in to see a psychiatrist since I was going through a rough time before. I figured they would talk to you, get to know you and your symptoms. You know, Act like they care as a prescribing doctors office should to their patients. I was wrong. This one star is for the office staff. The lady who answered the phone is a VERY uncaring rude person. If you are going to be working at a physicians office you need to have a caring disposition. People who call there to get an appointment are not doing it for fun or TO BOTHER YOU. They need help. So HORRIBLE. . I do not even know what kind of doctor Amelia Matthew is because I couldn't get past her absolutely horrible front desk staff. Would never go there for that reason alone.
