If you need a mortgage or a re-finance, I highly recommend Bob Rankin and Northeast Funding. They have helped me re-fi a few times and have helped me get some much needed work done to my house. They are easy to work with and extremely helpful- basically they deal with the paperwork and won't cost a bunch of money out-of-pocket. Can't say enough good things about NE!
