After I submitted my new patient questionnaire I waited the 7-10 days as they specified. I never heard back after that so I called and left messages but got no response. There's no one there to speak to or ever answer the phone, always an impersonal recording. I guess Dr Bingham and his staff couldn't have been bothered to provide a phone call or email with any type of explanation. They just completely ghosted me, I just don't get it. Dr Bingham is phenomenal...in every way a doc should be...loves his work and leaves no stone unturned...i cannot say enough..his staff is fabulous..and i look forward to my appts!
When I saw Dr. Bingham for the first time about 6 or 7years ago I was desperate for help after the regular routine of quick 15 minute visits that left me feeling like everything I tried to explain wouldn't get a second thought after I left. Dr. Bingham was a completely different experience and for the first time I felt like I found a Doctor that truly wanted to help me and gave me the time to explain what I have been dealing with and unlike the others he wanted as much info about it so he could know where to start. Dr. Bingham is one the best doctors around. He is nonjudge mental and is very knowledgeable on many levels. His staff are very welcoming and caring. The office is clean and location is is easy to get to I highly recommend Northeast medical, and Dr Bingham.
