Learn some manners, and stop making laughable empty threats, and learn how to treat customers. Owning a successful small business with a good reputation is a privilege, not a right.

Just based on the ability to get through via phone to this business, I unfortunately have to leave 2 stars. I called, talked to the owner, and explained my RV's issues. He said "oh man that's likely going to cost a lot to fix", which is not a smart thing to say before a potential customer brings their RV in for a quote. Then, after I figured out some of my own issues alone, having been spooked by the prospect of a dishonest estimate, I called about 5 times to provide more details on the remaining problems, and the last time,... read more
