19 months ago we contracted and paid nearly $5000 to do some work at our home. The contract included a 2 year warranty: Warranty: Limited Warranty for Concrete Leveling “WARRANTY INCLUDES: For two (2) years from the date of completion, free labor and materials to repair any deficiency in workmanship or non-conformance to the contract performed by Northeast Foundation & Concrete, Inc. Beware. I spoke to Northeast Foundation n was told they will put in a 15’ x 15’ concrete patio. Set me up for Ben to come by on June 3,2021 at 4pm for an estimate. On Wednesday the day before I received a text confirming. Well, they never showed up. I called about 4:20 n left a message. I text to notify them that no one showed up. We scheduled an appointment about 2 weeks ago for Northeast to come out and give us a quote on our sunroom floor. However, it's been nearly 2 hours past and they have yet to call or show. We even called and left a voicemail. Haven't heard back. Very disappointing experience. Would not recommend if you want a project done.
