Have used NEFHA for years. They didn’t let me down recently. Jeremy/Jeremiah (sorry) was great. Had a bad capacitor, cracked fuse box, & a bad breaker switch. All three were replaced and working well. The technician was knowledgable, conscientious, and thorough. I asked why he was so thorough, he said, “I just treat every customer like they’re my Grandmother.” Folks, there’s not many around like him anymore!
