It's hard to know if the doctors here are any good. The front desk is so incredibly difficult to deal with!! I am told they will call me when my records have been processed. It's been over a month and they don't have me in their system yet. When I call, no one is willing to check and confirm that my referral or records have even been received. My PCP has sent them 3 times at my request. At this point, I'm not sure I want to be a patient if this is how I will be treated!!
Scheduling very rude and unprofessional. Dr. V's office in St. Johns, call and leave me a message, I call back, no return call, it has been a month now. Can't get ahold of Dr. V through protal, it won't list her as a provider. So the scheduler says I have to have an appointment, but if I don't have the expected labs they will cancel the appointment. They talk in circles. Love Dr. V, they need to revamp the office staff and scheduling, they are either understaffed or just unprofessional. If I responded like that, I wo... read more
