Great establishment.
This is very very sad That a hard working Woman like my self cannot receive help when she has given ,. Donated ETC AND SHE NEEDS HELP AND CANT RECEIVE ANY !!!!! This is why people are still homeless because they try and the money is supposed to be there However you can't receive it !!!!!!!!!!! Thanks a Lot City of Jacksonville FL !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
They set appointments then call late and when u don't answer bc they are late you have no way to contact them you can't even understand the email they give you. It's really a joke to call these people for help. Bc they aren't helpful calling late then leaving a voice-mail your a no show bc they didn't call at 830am when they said they will be calling you. SMH I am really upset with how they are with the people asking for help.
